You can Train in any Skill, but specializing in a Primary Skill different from those in your group is advantageous so you can take that role when you attempt Missions. Each Unphased will recieve information, or access abilities that are different from the others based on their Primary Skills during Missions. An optimal group will consist of 4 Unphased who each specialize in a different Primary Skill.
>>Your Primary Skill is the one with the most points. It is also important to have a Secondary Skill (second highest points) *if* you are going to attempt Missions in smaller groups. The minimum group size is 2 Unphased. This will ensure there is a good balance of information and abilities during Missions. When attempting Missions ensure your group has access to all four Skills within the Primary Skills or Secondary Skills of your group.
